The north end of Anna Maria Island is one of the most desirable areas in, Manatee County, in the Tampa Bay area, in the state of Florida and, I’ll even go so far to say, in the entire country. The confluence of impeccable beaches, clear sparkling water, fishing piers, restaurants, marinas and perfect boating access makes the northern tip of the Island an island wonderland.
Rates Continue On Slight And Gradual Upward Trend
McLean, VA Freddie Mac (NYSE:FRE) today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market SurveySM (PMMSSM) in which the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 6.28 percent, with an average 0.5 point, for the week ending February 16, 2006, up from last week’s average of 6.24 percent. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 5.62 percent.
