The third quarter 27.2% increase is consistent with the volume of sales in the first three quarters of 2007 which saw an average 32.5% increase in property sales. The following is a report on the number of sales of single family residences, condo, duplexes/triplexes and lots sold in the first nine months of 2007 compared to the first nine months of 2006. The amount in parentheses is the median sale price for that period. This equates to a 32.5% year-to-year increase.
